Hi there! I’m Bethany Heasley, owner and chef at Hill & Honey.

Baking has been a lifelong passion, and for over a decade, I could be found in my kitchen practicing new baking skills, piping techniques, and testing flavor combinations (often in the wee hours of the morning).

For years, I was thrilled to be baking special cakes and cupcakes for all the special occasions in my community. Once I had my daughter, the passion to build this into a business became one I couldn’t ignore. Hill & Honey was born out of the most transformative time of my life. Apart from my baby, nothing brings me more joy than delivering a product that is visually gorgeous AND tastes delicious.

I’m a creative through and through. My promise to you is that you will never walk away with anything boring. If you like vanilla on vanilla (spoiler alert - I do, too!), it will be made with the best ingredients and look top tier. We are both form AND function over here. No need to choose.
